The Firm has three committees, the Recruiting Committee, the Legal Personnel Committee and the Summer Associate Program Committee that are responsible for attorney recruitment. These committees oversee law school and lateral associate hiring and administration of the Summer Program. Each Committee is made up of both partners and associates, and every member has an equal vote. Committees meet weekly during the fall hiring season.
